It's the winter of 2018 and 22-year-old Alex has just landed a dream job as the assistant manager of a luxurious ski resort hotel in the mountains. He is excited to start his new career and to spend the winter in the beautiful and peaceful setting.

But as he settles into his new role, strange things start to happen. Guests report strange noises and ghostly apparitions in their rooms, and staff members start to mysteriously disappear. At first, Alex writes it off as the hotel's old age and the stress of the busy winter season, but as the occurrences become more frequent and more intense, he starts to believe that the hotel is cursed.

Alex confides in the hotel's manager, Mr. Baker, who tells him the dark history of the hotel. It turns out that the hotel was built on the site of an ancient Native American burial ground and that the previous manager had gone missing under mysterious circumstances. Mr. Baker advises Alex to leave the hotel and find a new job, but Alex is determined to uncover the truth and to save the hotel from its curse.

As the winter wears on, the hauntings become more and more terrifying. Alex starts to see the ghost of the previous manager everywhere and becomes convinced that the spirit is trying to communicate with him. He also hears the voice of a child crying in the night and sees strange figures lurking in the shadows.

Despite his fear, Alex is determined to uncover the mystery of the hotel. He starts to do research on the hotel's history and discovers that a young girl had gone missing in the area around the same time that the hotel was built. He becomes convinced that the girl's spirit is haunting the hotel and that he needs to find a way to set the spirit free.

Alex turns to a local occult expert for help and learns that the hotel is built on a nexus of spiritual energy. In order to banish the spirits from the hotel, he must perform a series of rituals to purify the energy and release the trapped souls.

With the help of the occult expert, Alex successfully performs the rituals and banishes the spirits from the hotel. He is relieved to have solved the mystery and to have freed the trapped souls. However, he is left with a deep sense of unease and decides to leave the hotel and the dark secrets it holds behind. As he drives away into the night, he can't shake the feeling that he has not seen the last of the cursed hotel.
